I just wanted to clear to everyone that i've changed my storie's title because the story is beggining to take a new turn than what ive expected it to be before but i have new idea so thats why.

Splatter of my life : (Ch.6: A Night In)
At that time,neither what I thought nor what anyone thought was important—Maddie's health was number one.
My mother couldn’t of course resist letting out her tears,letting out all the mixed feelings she had felt.One second she was blaming it on me for not being a good sister—the next she was blaming it on herself , she wanted to concentrate on one person to blame for what happened but Maddie .
And she was crying& talking at the same time to the doctor asking him more about Maddie."Sorry,but you can visit maddie later ,she's now recovering from the surgery" the doctor said .
My mom couldn’t argue with the doctor --couldn’t even try to.There was something fierce in the doctor's eyes that made my mother become quiet for a while until he left the waiting room.
Jason in the other hand,was in shock also from the awful news.As soon as he heard the words come out of the doctor's mouth, he put the palm of his hand on his mouth.Next thing I knew he was holding me real tight from the back.He was like protecting me from something but nothing had happened to me then!.
That crises showed me the real Jason—The caring Jason.I knew that he cared about me before but I did not expect it to be this much.If I was with any other guy,he would immediately text the news to his friends and it would be the next big thing out in the city,but not Jason.
The night came really fast,it was the middle of the midnight before we'd even knew."Cady,it’s a school night, you should go home and sleep now" those were the first words that came out of Jason 's mouth after the doctor left."I don’t care" I mumbled and I was almost talking to my self ."He's right , Cady, go and have some sleep,I'll stay here 'till Maddie wakes up" my mom said after I hushed for a bit.
"but mom—","no cady , go" mom was firm about it this time.It was like its her final talk,no more arguing with her about it.
I got up from my chair and so did Jason,I gave mom one big hug and left the room and headed outside with Jason to his car.
We got in the car , Jason had opened the door for me as usual—he was being him, a gentleman.Both of us were really queit on the road way back to my mom's house.
It was not easy to talk to my boyfriend about my drug addict 14 year old sister.It had to be like a family secret.A family secret that one of the other people knew about.
But he was not "one of the other people" , He was more than that.When we arrived,I had the nerve to finally be the one to start the conversation.
"Jason"
"Yes,sweety"he answered
"can you please stay for the night with me?,please?, you can sleep in a separate room if you want , I just don’t want to stay alone for the night in the house by myself and---" I was about to continue talking until he cut me off and started petting my back and gave me a kiss on my forehead
"calm down , calm down, sure I can , I'll just text my father and let him know about it,in case he wakes up and not find me around the house"
We got out of the car and went inside the house then went upstairs to my room. I sat on my bed and rested my head on both of my hands.Jason came and sat next to me—he wrapped his arm around my back and leaned closer to me and started whispering to my ear "its gonna be alright, maddie's going to be ok,I promise".
I couldn’t help myself not to cry so I started to. I wanted to spill everything that was kept inside me,everything I felt at that moment,but my tounge wouldn’t let me,or the words shall I say?.
There were no specific words that can describe how I felt at that time.Even though there were tears coming out of my eyes,I felt numb in the other parts of my body.
"hey , hey , I told you she's gonna be alright" Jason said quietly and started pulling me against his chest.I couldn’t resist him because his hugs were priceless, they cant be compared with nothing at all,Unique.
I kept crying for about 3 to 4 minutes I think,then I finally calmed down .
"now get some rest,I'll stay right here" Jason said when he tucked me in my bed and sat on my bed next to me.He was rubbing my head as if I was a little child,but I liked it,it made me feel relaxed and safe.
"do you wanna sleep here ? , I can go sleep in my mom's room" I whispered .
"no its ok you stay right here , and I'll go sleep in the couch downstairs" Jason said
" are you sure?" I asked
"yes im sure,I'll be fine"
"ok but let me get you a blanket and a pillow" I told him while I was trying to get up .
"no,no , you stay where you are and just tell me where can I get them and I'll manage myself well."he said .
"you can find them in that drawer" I was pointing to the third drawer under the mirror.
He grabbed a pillow and a blanket and headed for the door ,"im gonna leave the door open inn case you need anything,just shout at me and I'll come right away"
"ok" I said.
"now sleep,goodnight"
"Jason" I called him before he went dowstairs
"yes?" he answered
"thank you" I had so many reasons to thank him for , staying with us in the hospital is reason number one,and spending the night with my in the house is reason number two.
He smiled at me and said "sweet dreams"
I smiled back and closed my eyes after knowing that im for sure going to be safe tonight ,it was not like I wasn’t safe before but something made me feel a little bit more comfortable with Jason's existing in the house for the night.He was like my guardian angel .
I woke up the next morning and I totally forgot about what happened to Maddie.For some reasong , Jason's presence made me forget all about the problems I had .He had the ability to make me happy even when im not.
I went downstairs looking for him and I found the dinning table filled with all sorts of breakfast food,from eggs to cucumbers.And there was Jason setting the table.
"Good morning , sunshine" he said with a bright smile on his face.
"hey" was all that I thought of
"now , you need to get ready for school,and come eat your breakfast , you don’t wanna be late do you?"
I was about to answer "ah ----"
But he didn’t let me . "uh uh , now go get changed"
He pointed one finger at me as a joke "im gonna be your dad for this morning"
"no,please don’t be" I answered.
I hurried back up and changed my clothes and rushed downstairs,ate my breakfast with Jason of course, and we went to school like nothing had happened.
I didn’t want anyone to know about what happened to maddie.
Not until I at least know exactly what happened.

Splatters of my life : (Ch.5: rain drops )
We walked and walked in the hallways until we found my locker . Jason opened it and stuffed my backpack in the locker. Then we walked again to search for his locker.
Finally we found his locker. Surprisingly his locker was next to Lauren's.I knew that because Lauren was standing in front of her locker putting her books in there. Her locker's door was open so it didn’t let her see that Jason was next to her.
"Oh,hi" Lauren said after she closed her locker and noticed Jason
"hi" Jason replied
"so what brought you here? I mean right here?" Lauren asked Jason
"that’s my locker" Jason answered with a little bit of sarcasm in his tone
Lauren didn’t say anything . she kept quiet for a minute. Then right when she wanted to say something , Jason cut her off and told her "sorry, but I have to go" as he approached me and put his arm around shoulders .
I waved to her as we started walking,and I noticed that some sparks were in her eyes, evil sparks.
It was like she wanted to attack me .
-Hours passed by until the school day finished
Me and Jason went outside and headed for his car in the parking lot to leave the school.
"where's your sister?"Jason asked
" I don’t know" I answered.
"well,do you want us to wait for her?" Jason asked again
"if that’s ok with you" I answered ..
We waited and waited until we thought that maybe Maddie went home with some friends she met,or maybe walked home.So Jason decided to drive me home and maybe I'll find her there.
"Let me know is she's in there or not,ok?" Jason said when I was heading to the front door of my mom's house . "Ok" I replied
"how was your first day of school? Mom asked when I entered the house
"it was great,mom" I answered
"hey mom,is Maddie here?, me and Jason waited for her in the parking lot for a while" I asked mom
"yes , she came with a couple of friends that she met at school as she says" mom answered and I was relieved . "She's in her room" she continued
"thank god, so how was your interview ,mom?" I asked mom about her job interview
"it went really well,they told me that they're going to let me know if I got the job or not in 48 hours,so we're just gonna have to wait" mom answered."good,I hope you get the job" I said to mom.
"mom,thanks for moving us to here" I told mom when I was on my way going upstairs.
"you're welcome ,honey" my mom said
I was on my way to my room,when I passed Maddie's room,I noticed that her room's door was wide open. It wasn’t normal because maddie always closes the door of her room whether she's in the room or out of the house.
I knocked 2 times on the door before I went in.
I stepped inside the door and I found her cellphone thrown in the ground which was also weird in her situation.
There was Maddie.thrown on the floor.It was like someone held her on the air and threw her on the ground.But it wasn’t like that.
I rushed to her and I shook her a little to wake her up.But she gave me no response.I yelled to call mom "Mom!!". "Yes honey" was all I got as a response from mom.
"there's something wrong with Maddie"
"what!?" mom said and rushed to Maddie's room.
Things happened so fast that I thought I was the one who's unconscious at that moment.
I heard the ambulance and it kind of woke me up from my unconsciousness. They gave her CPR to bring back her heart beats which was gone for a split of a second.Then they took her to the hospital.
My mom went with Maddie in the ambulance car. And was watching them as they leave.
I wanted to go to the hospital so bad but I had no ride.
I remembered Jason. I quickly called him after I went inside.He told me to let know about Maddie.
"hello" Jason answered his phone with his worm manly voice.
"Jason" I was crying .
"Cady,sweety,whats wrong" Jason asked
"its Maddie, she's in the hospital" I answered
"oh my god , im coming right now" Jason said and I can tell from his voice that he was petrified.
"Jason im not there,im home"
"ok well im picking you up , and we'll go there right now"
"ok, Jason thank you" that was the last thing I said on the phone.
I waited outside the house . And Jason came .
I hopped inside the car quickly.And Jason gave me a big warm hug that really comforted me.
I cried on his shoulder . "Its ok,honey,its ok,Maddie's gonna be just fine" Jason was whispering in my ear.
His breath on my ear was like a warm angelic voice.
I stopped crying then . And I laid my head on his chest and he wrapped his arm around me . He kissed me on my head and started driving.
Silence was invading the car slowly. Until I gave up and spoke.
"I found her in her room laying on the floor,and her cellphone was 2 inches away from where she was…" I was about to continue .until Jason cut me off.
"stop" , "just stop" Jason said
"I told you she's gonna be fine,all you need to do now is pray for her,ok?" he continued
"ok" I answered
We got out of the car when we arrived at the hospital. Jason held my hand tight while we were walking to the hospital reception to ask about Maddie.
Jason took care of the reception and then we went to the ER where my sister was.
On our way to the emergency room , I couldn’t help myself not to cry.
Jason looked at me for one second and we continued rushing to the ER.
We found the ER .
I saw mom sitting outside the ER .Resting her head on her hands.
I rushed to her "mom" . She looked up and stood up.I hugged her and asked "how's she,whats going on?"
"She's still in the ER , and they cant let me know about anything until they finish doing what they're doing".
Jason stood behind me . all quiet.
"mom this is Jason,Jason this is my mom" I introduced them to each other knowing that it wasn’t neither the right time nor the right way.
"nice too meet you mrs.owens ,and im so sorry for whats happening right now" Jason said to my mom
"thank you Jason for your support,you can go now if you want" my mom replied
"I would like to stay ,if that’s ok " Jason said
"are you sure?,wouldn’t your parents be worried about you?" mom said
"I'll call my dad and let him know"
"ok" mom ended the conversation.
We all sat down on the chairs in the waiting room . Jason was wrapping his arms around me all the time.He didn’t let go of me .
The doctor finally came .
My mom jumped off of her seat and faced the doctor.
"doctor ,tell me how's my daughter , is she ok, where's she? " she kept asking a lot of questions until the doctor stopped her
"are you maddie's mother?" the doctor asked
"yes I am"
"we took a good care of her and now she's in a private room resting,however we have found some drugs in her blood and when you found her passed out it was because of an over dose of methamphetamine , but you saved her just at the right time when you called the ambulance,if you were late five more minutes ,she wouldn’t be alive" the doctor explained
All of us were really shocked.
My sister? My little sister ? takes drugs! That was unbelievable for me.
But at the same time It was believable for me because Maddie was odd a little bit.

Preview of Ch.5!
Hello my dear readers,
i want to explain why i didnt post chapter 5 of distant love yet,well i wrote a little bit of it last week and i was sleepy back then so i didnt finish the chapter.
and these days i have to study for my midterm finals .
However , im now at this moment writing chapter 5 and hopefully i will post it later on tonight.
there will be some things happening in this chapter which will open the door to new drama .
here's some sneak preview:
Maddie was away from the spotlight in the past 4 chapter but this chapter will let her "shine out" a little bit more and steal it from Cady for a little bit .Something new gets discovered by Cady.And a hospital gets in the picture.

Splatters of my life :(Ch.4: Intention)
I woke up to my phone ringing, I thought that it was a call but instead it was a text message that I got from Ryan.
When I saw his name I was thinking ; now that Jason is my boyfriend ,where does Ryan stand now?
I really like Ryan, but Jason was my crush and he still is .
It was more of a love triangle now.
But then again I barely know Ryan ; yes he's the sweetest guy that I've ever met and yes he's caring and so sweet, but now what? , I've kissed Jason and Ryan doesn’t know about it. Its not like Ryan's my boyfriend or something : he was my friend at that time .
I read the text and it said 'How's my girl today?'
My girl?, what does that supposed to mean?
'fantastic!' I replied to his text
'by the way im mad at you, you didn’t keep your promise' he texted me back
'sorry , but I don’t know what you're talking about'
'you promised to text me when you're done unpacking on Saturday , and today's Monday'
Monday! Oh my god I cant believe I forgot about school
'im so sorry Ryan , I was busy yesterday ,and I gotta go to school now'
'Its ok im all better now, so can I call you tonight?' he continued texting me while I was getting ready to go to school
'sure' I texted him back and then went down stairs rushing.
I saw Maddie down stairs eating her breakfast with mom getting ready to go to her job interview t a magazine .
"Are you ready maddie?" I asked her
"yea"
"Bye mom we're going , don’t wanna be late on the first day of school."
" don’t want me to drive you to school?" my mom asked
"no thanks mom, but we'll walk" I said
Maddie was all quiet like she always is
We went outside .. and while we we're walking to school which is 2 blocks away, a car started to slow down right beside us .
I knew that car, it was Jason's
Need a ride?" Jason said after he opened his car window"
"Sure" I said
"you wanted to walk to school , remember?" Maddie finally said some words
"well, I got tired" I told her while I was at her in my "serious" face and smiled when I turn to Jason
"hop in" Jason said
I sat on the passenger seat that's next to him and Maddie sat on the back
He gave me a sweet kiss on my lips
"so , Cady you didn’t introduce me to your friend" Jason said
"oh sorry, this is maddie my sister, she's a freshman"
"nice to meet you maddie"
"yea ,sure , whatever" Maddie said
"sorry , she's always like that" I whispered to Jason so he wont be mad or whatever by Maddie's reaction.
"its ok, I was like that when I was a freshman" Jason said
"yea right ,I doubt that" I told him
"what? , really I was , but then I met some good friends who changed me to who I am now" he said
"I should thank your friends"
"haha" he laughed
"hey you didn’t tell me where you two are going" Jason asked
"oh right , sorry, we're going to Orange high school, its just 2 blocks away"
"no way!"
"what" I said
"that’s the school im gonna be transferred to "
"what? Aren’t you going to stay here for a month only?" I asked him
3"well…. My dad asked me yesterday if I want to live with him or with mom in Utah , so I chose here because I have no reason for staying in Utah
"that’s great Jason"
He smiled at me and continued driving
And we finally arrived to school.
Maddie jumped out of jason's convertible
And Jason opened the door for me .
Everyone's eyes were on us.
Its like we either did something wrong or we were walking naked.
Of course it was neither that nor that
We were just walking normally, but this time hand in hand which never happened before.
Jason, why are they looking at us like that?""I asked Jason
"im with you Cady , all the guys should be jealous now" he said then he held me around my waist and we continued walking till we entered the school.
Lets head to the principle's office and let him know his new student finally arrived" Jason said"
Okay" I replied "Come on maddie" I continued "
"maddie?" I was looking around for her but she wasn’t around
"where is she?" Jason asked
"she probably found her way around" I told him
We entered the principle's office and he was sitting behind his desk
We went in and told him that we were his new students
"Maddie, my sister is also a new student" I told the principle
"Oh yea maddie, she just went to her class,she passed by and I gave her her schedule" the principle said
"oh" I said
He gave us our schedules , me & Jason
We had the English , Geology & chemistry classes together and that was good
"Im gonna go to my math class now and I'll meet you in our chem. Class" I told Jason
"I bet we'll rule that class haha" he said
"ok haha , I'll see you later"
"Ok , gd luck on your first class"
"you too"
I went to my math class and sat on the empty seat in the 3rd row
I asked the one that's sitting next to me if this seat was somebody's seat and she said no
The teacher came to the class and the first thing he did was introduce me to my classmates
I didn’t know how to act on these situations, so he asked me from where I am and I said Utah then he said "welcome to California
And I sat back down in my seat
The girl next to me turned her face to me and gave me a devious yet mysterious smile with a one eye brow lift .
I stared at her then turned my eyes away .
I continued listening to the teacher …
The class finally finished and the bell rang
When I stepped out of the class the girl who was sitting next to me rushed to me and started talking to me
"utah
"So , you've mingled really well in California
"what?" I asked
"your hot BF"
"oh , I knew him way before moving to cali
"oh really"
"yea"
Jason was coming toward us
He kissed me quick and wrapped his arm around my waist
"how was your class" he asked
"it was fine, how about yours?"
"it was fine as well"
"oh sorry , Jason this is Lauren , my …" I said before Lauren cut me off "new best friend"
"oh , nice to meet you Lauren, im Jason , Cady's boyfriend" Jason introduced him self to Lauren .
"lets find out where our lockers are , this backpack is twisting my back" I told Jason
"oh my god, honey why didn’t you tell me , im so sorry"
He was the sweetest guy I've ever know in my life.
Yes the backpack was twisting my back but It wasn’t that bad , I could carry it until I find which locker is mine.
He took the backpack from me and dragged me to the closest bench and made me sit
He went behind me and gave me a massage on my shoulders and my back.
"Jason its not that bad, you don’t have to give me a massage "
"you're telling me that your back hurts you and you don’t want me to do something?"
"sorry but I have to" he continued
I looked around and there was Lauren staring with her devious, mysterious eyes
I can tell that she didn’t like our situation, me & Jason , she was either jealous , or up to something bad.
Jason finished massaging and gave me a hug from the back . "how was my magic?" he asked
"magical" I answered.. "So you're better now?,or still the same" he asked again.
"im all better now"
"so lets find our lockers now, I don’t want you to hurt your back every day" Jason said
"lets go"
